Angel's Place

Got about 12 hours of sleep last night and I'm still tired. I know it was getting up so early for the past few days, as well as all the driving, so today is a day to take it easy and play warcraft.

I'm working on getting some real gold in the game, unlocking flying in the Battle for Azeroth areas, and unlocking the allied races. I've already unlocked the vulpera race (foxes for the win!) and am working on the Kul Tirans on the Alliance side and using my Horde alt to unlock the Mechagnomes (which are technically Alliance but, like the Nightelves in the Legion expac, can be unlocked by either faction).

In Sims 4 gameplay, I'm playing a rags to riches game on a teen alt, and here's a picture of her fishing with other sims...one of these things is not like the other! LOL!



ALSO, did y'all know Billy Boyd (the actor who played Pippen in the LOTR movies) does voice acting in the new ESO expac, High Isles!!!???

Speaking of LOTR, I've been slowly making my way through the LOTRO main story line and, since I boosted my character during the 15th anniversary give away they did, I've taken a bit of a break to play other things.  For some reason, with LOTRO, I tend to play in phases. But I enjoy it and it let's me level at my own pace, so it's all good. i'll get back to it soon, I'm sure.

In home news, one of the greatest things about our new home is how much different it is temperature wise! Like, in our old house, it was a brick house and it never stayed cool in the summer or warm in the winter. Here though! We have a furnace that actually heats up the place when it's cold/chilly and, even with the air conditioners off, unless it's extremely hot out, it is so cool inside! PLUS, when it is hot out the a/c units keep it SO COOL inside! I LOVE IT!

Finally, Bitty has started this thing where he'll pee inside the house and them come and let me know he has to go potty. SIGH. Mom says it's a phase and we just have to work with him until he gets it in his doggo head that he goes outside and tells us first but we sure are cleaning up a lot of messes. Fortunately, 99% of the time it's just peeing. He's been VERY good at waiting until we go out for poops.  Also, Izzy and Koda, the two dogs we had spayed, are just chilling while they heal...well, Izzy who is younger than the other dogs and the most playful, thus Bitty's go to play partner, has been semi-hiding from Bitty but I can't blame her tbh.

And, that's it for the day, time to go play some more and look after the doggos, hope y'all are doing well!

The secret to getting a half-way decent night's sleep with Lil'bit is to, apparently, sleep with him. :D

He also is very vocal when he has to go out and potty (and at 8 week's old, this is amazing to me as no pup I've raised before has been so aware of his bodily functions) but he still has accidents, so we've got a while to go. Currently, we're working on using the puppy pads we put down and it's about a 20% for/80% anywhere else atm.

As well, he loves to lay under my feet while I'm at the PC (as seen below) and hide under my chair when a loud noise/one of the dogs scare him. He's a trip. :P



In gaming news, I've started a dwarven shadow priest in warcraft and I'm trying to decide what faction/class I want for my Pandaren alt. So far, I have a human arcane mage and a blood elf retribution paladin (belf ret pally) at level cap. I level boosted another belf ret pally and am trying to decide which realm to put her on.

I have found, for me, that paladins, rogues, and warriors are the easiest to level but mages and monks are the fastest. Don't ask me why that is, it's just the way I play the game, and have fun doing it. I am a DPS (damage per second) player at heart and I am glad their are DPS versions for all the classes. I have tried healing but it wasn't for me. Also, the thought of tanking in any game that's mutliplayer, makes me anxious just thinking about it. Which is why I'm a DPS-er. :D

Got enough questing and such done in warcraft. Now the Jailer is sending assassins after me. O.o (It's a game mechanic to keep players from staying to long in The Maw. You have so many levels and each time you kill something in The Maw it raises the bar and there's different things that happen. 1st certain types of NPCs will attack you on site, then you'll sometimes get hit with 'bombs' from out of nowhere, then you get the assassins. I can't remember what the next two are but it gets worse and worse (or more annoying tbh) the higher your level gets. It resets every day so I'll quest tomorrow when I'm no longer catching the Jailer's eye).

You know. I'm surprised but other than missing some of my mutuals who only had a twitter account, I'm not really missing twitter. That is a good thing. :D
