Got up this morning and our router turned itself off. We unplugged it, re-plugged it, moved it around to different outlets, turned it on and off, hit the reset button, and everything we could think of and it wouldn't work.

Called the internet people at 8:30am, they said a tech would be out within 4 hours, 5 hours later, tech shows up. I hand him the router, which was plugged in, and it started working as soon as he held it! O.o

Anyways, the gremlins have visited my house today. Hope your day (and weekend) are gremlin free!

Our router does that when it overheats. We leave it unplugged for 15 min or so to cool off then it works fine.
