I have owned a trailer and bought my current home through a personal contract with the previous owner.

So I've never actually gone the the normal home selling/buying process. Waiting to hear back on if the house will sell has me a bit nervous but, from my one experience so far, finding a new one is gonna require a lot of time for me to chill out after visiting places. The one place I've looked at so far is still giving me the creeps when I think of it! I could actually smell the mold damage when I walked into the lower level and the condition of the place! Definitely gonna be learning some new things over the next months.
